We are looking for 8 women who have been thinking about working out and have no idea where to start. Our 4 week program will set you up with everything you need to feel confident every step in your journey.

Learn new healthy habits to create lifelong results from your
training and nutrition program.
Here's what to expect:
▶️Class meets 1x per week, every Tues @ 6:15pm. All sessions are 45 minutes.
▶️Each week will focus on one area of fitness and nutrition. The first half of class will be classroom instruction followed up with hands on training during the second half.
▶️Subjects covered will be: Goal setting, proper warmup & cooldown, basic nutrition, bodyweight training, and intro to kettlebells
▶️Class size is limited to 8 students
▶️All sessions are taught by certified fitness professionals.

Strength training should be a part of your overall fitness program especially for women as they age for numerous reasons. NO you will not get bulky!
A regular and appropriately designed strength training program is an important part of a healthy lifestyle for women of all ages and stages of life.
Resistance training has the power to strengthen your muscles, bones, metabolic systems, and psychological well-being and help you achieve your more aesthetic fitness goals.
Here's what to expect:
▶️Class meets 1x per week, every Thurs @ 6:15pm. All sessions are 45 minutes.
▶️Each week will focus on: Push exercises, Pull exercises, Legs, and Protocol (i.e., sets, reps, rest)
▶️Class size is limited to 8 students
▶️All sessions are taught by certified fitness professionals.
